1. Agreement to Terms

By booking event decoration services with Raj Event & Decoration ("we", "our", or "us") via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person at our Amreli studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• Advance Confirmation: Event dates are locked upon receipt of the agreed advance booking deposit. Tentative inquiries do not guarantee date reservation during peak wedding and festival seasons.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable upon completion of setup inspection at the venue prior to the start of the event.
• Accepted Methods: Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and direct bank transfer.

3. Venue Access & Electricity Requirements

• Setup Window: The client is responsible for ensuring our styling crew has clear, timely access to the venue (home, banquet hall, or party plot) at least 2 to 4 hours prior to the event commencement.
• Power Supply: For setups requiring illumination (neon lights, LED pars, fairy light canopies, cold pyro, or low fog machines), the client or venue must provide a reliable standard electrical power point.

4. Rental Props & Equipment Ownership

All backdrop metal frames, circular rings, acrylic name boards, marquee LED numbers, brass urlis, spotlights, artificial flower panels, and props provided are rental items owned by Raj Event & Decoration. These items will be carefully dismantled and collected by our crew post-event. Clients are requested to ensure props are not removed or damaged by attendees.

5. Cold Pyro & Special Effects Safety

Our Cold Pyro sparkler fountains and low-fog smoke machines are certified safe, smokeless, and operated strictly by our trained technicians using wireless remote triggers. The client agrees to follow our operator's safety instructions during entries and cake-cutting.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule your event date, please inform us as early as possible. Date changes are subject to slot availability. In case of unexpected weather disruptions (heavy rain or storms for outdoor open grounds), we will work with you to adapt the setup to covered indoor areas where feasible.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising out of these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amreli, Gujarat.
